I have handled numerous divorces, and routinely take care of issues such as:

• Custody Disputes
• Modifications of Child Support
• Visitation Disputes
• Issues with Welfare/Child Services
• Guardianships

I also have extensive experience in what Indiana refers to as "CHINS" cases, or Child in Need of Services cases. These are cases in which the Indiana Department of Child Services has determined that a child needs to be removed from the home.

I have successfully represented grandparents in these cases, in getting children with family members and out of foster care.

It is very easy for people involved in a family law matter to become wrapped up in emotion. My job is to help you at these times, and advise you, without the emotional baggage.
